Migrating DHCP Server from WinNT/ Win2K/ Win2K3 to Win2K3!

In our last web-chat session, we realized DHCP Migration pains of our customers. So, here comes more support!

 Does anyone know if the process of moving DHCP 2000 to 2008 is the same as 2000 to 2003? Or if there is an updated KB anywhere?
