Очень, Таня, у Вас большой монитор. Завидую. Даже в 1440*1050 не умещается полностью во время вебкаста.
а-ха-ха. Это не монитор. Это ноутбук. К тому же весьма не внушительных размеров. По крайней мере внешне. В целом косяк понятен. В след. раз 1024 поставлю.

Подходит ли site definition для разработки в команде разработчиков?
Портал в виде Site Definition хранится в системе контоля версий. На каждой машине стоит SharePoint и с помощью site definition развернута локальная копия разрабатываемого портала. Все изменения разработчик делает через CAML в site definition. Есть общий сервер для тестирования, где развертывается портал на базе последней версии site definition.
Особенно интересен вот этот момент:
Поддерживается ли сценарий изменения site definition, на базе которого уже созданы узлы? Или придется при каждом изменении site definition пересоздавать на базе обновленного site definition портал и соотвествено тестовые данные? "
первая часть вопрос - да так оно и делается.

О.: Смысл в том, что к стадии тестирования ваш site definition должен иметь уже практически финальный вид и изменения в нем будут маловероятны. Если изменения всетаки будут и они будут именно в site definition - портал придется пересоздавать. Чтобы не пересоздавать - на этапе разработки все что можно выносите в фичи и ресурсники. Даже создание\наполнение страниц выносите в фичи. Тогда пересоздавать не придется, а придется только переактивировать нужную фичу на узле. Но в целом все грустно в этом плане. Вы уже поняли.
Трансляция замечательная. Смотрел в записи. Доступно, полезно и актуально. Сам только недавно связался с Sharepoint и хочу отметить, что среди русскоязычных источников информации о разработке на этой платформе - Ваш - однозначно топ и мастхэв.

к сожалению нет. Инвайтами не распоряжаюсь. Самой его теперь отрабатывать надо ;)
