Many Partners make great use of the Gear Up Sales Toolkit - aka the MS Product Bible, which is the Microsoft sales reference guide for all products, licensing and services.  This tool is invaluable in providing key product information, plus great FAQs for information needed in customer meetings.

The downside to Gearup is that the hard copy edition resembles an encylopedia, and takes a small forest of trees to produce each one.  The good news is that a new online version is now available for Partners to access, and makes use of Silverlight technology to produce stunning graphics, and the ability to search within the document.

So as long as you can access the Internet, you can get to Gear Up, and save carrying another 3lbs in your laptop case.
