&lt;p&gt;Microsoft is releasing alot of really cool stuff seemingly every week at the moment and it's partnershp with Facebook re-inforces the social networking direction which is seen throughout so many of these new products like popfly, sharepoint, live etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I suggest to a customer that they should encourage staff to get on Facebook, add all their clients and start leveraging the tools to reach out to customers, it always receives &amp;quot;That's a great idea.&amp;quot; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do see that some staff may not need access to Facebook, the same way that some staff might not require access to a computer.
