We are happy to announce the release Project Portfolio Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2)!
Before you install this service pack it is essential that you read the following two knowledge base articles, and thoroughly read the guidance and test out the patch in a separate environment prior to a production rollout.
Highlight of Portfolio Server 2007 SP2:
· contains significant security improvements, stability improvements, and performance improvements
· support for SQL Server 2008 32-bit (please note SQL 2008 64-bit is NOT supported)
· support for Portfolio Server on Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V
· contains all previously released fixes into one update
