In yesterday's post , I talked about some of the capabilities of Microsoft Office OneNote 2007. One blog post wasn't enough to do the product justice, so I wanted to discuss it a bit more. Did you know that you can easily share your Outlook agenda online using Office Online.  It's free and it's simple. Simply publish your calendar to the Internet (right click on the calendar in outlook, and Publish To Internet).  This is how it looks in my case (in Flemish) - where I have opted to show only the basic busy/available information.  You can go for much more detail if you want, but I don't want people to know when my next appointment with the dentist is scheduled :-)  

Outlook 2007 has the ability to view SharePoint Online files, folders, lists natively, without the need to browse to SharePoint sites. By setting up links to different SharePoint resources you can easily view and track these SharePoint resources within your Outlook 2007 Productivity Application: Clicking Connect to Outlook instructs Outlook to make a connection to this SharePoint Team Calendar so the Outlook application can pick up and display any new items.
