For that matter.....Do you even like Microsoft Webcasts? My team is on a conference call right now and we are discussing webcast attendance and how to get more people to attend. All of us are raising some interesting questions but we are on the inside and may not have an appropriate perspective. I want to know what you think about our webcasts and what you want from them. More Demos? Less Demos? Different topics? How deep should we go? Are they discoverable? Are they too long or too short? Guest

There have been some funny spoof videos over the years, but this is one of the best. It is also the single most star studded video (that I have seen us do). And it is long! Clear the next 7 minutes.....and laugh out loud...it's good for you! Bill Gates’ last day at Microsoft (video) - istartedsomething Cheers!

Have you heard of Windows Connections ? or Office Connections ? Or SharePoint Connections ? What about Exchange Connections ? The "Connections" events are a semi-annual event hosted by Penton Media, a division of Windows IT Pro magazine/ community. It is an event for IT Pros and Developers, much in the same fashion as TechEd: - Microsoft & HP keynote (Steve Guggenheimer, Steve Riley , Scott Guthrie , Mark Minasi , etc.) - 400+ breakout sessions, including Microsoft Day (hear it directly from

For the longest time I have heard this question.... "I heard Harold Wong was doing a series of webcasts and I really like the others by him I have seen. How kind I find other webcasts he is delivering?" (Substitute your favorite Technet Presenter if you like) Well now you can! Check out the new Technet Webcasts site that allows you to sort by presenter, date, or title. This works for upcoming as well as on-demand webcasts. Version 2 is already in the works so if you have any suggestions, feel free

I often receive a number of emails immediately after the Technet Events I deliver requesting the slides or other supporting materials. You can grab the slides from our current Vista/Forefront/Longhorn sessions as well as most of the slides form the lat year or so at out Technet Events Resources Link . Don't think this lets you off the hook so you don't have to come to the live sessions though - the slide decks you grab from the resource link have everything I show plus a lot more - but I show very
