Monet asiakkaistamme käyttävät Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) -konsernilaskentaohjelmistoa. Ongelmana on usein se, kuinka HFM:ssä oleva tieto saadaan hyödynnettyä OLAP-kuutioissa sekä johdolle ja taloushallinnolle tarjottavissa tuloskorttiratkaisuissa. HFM on sinällään varsin suljettu järjestelmä, mutta siinä oleva tieto saadaan kyllä tuotua SQL Server 2008 -tietokantaan käyttäen Hyperion Extended Analysis -työkalua. Liebe Partner, es bestätigt sich immer mehr: Microsoft entwickelt sich in großen Schritten weiter zum Lösungsanbieter. Am Mittwoch Abend stand ich auf einer Abendveranstaltung mit Partnern aus dem süddeutschen Raum zusammen. In den sehr guten Gesprächen die ich mit ihnen geführt habe, wurde es deutlich, wie groß dieser “Impact” für die Partner in Zukunft sein wird. Für viele Partner bedeutet das ein komplettes umdenken: “Einfach nur” ein Windows oder Exchange Server bei Kunden installieren reicht

Der Herbst ist eine heiße Zeit… Mir scheint vor allem in der IT und im Projektgeschäft, aber in Wahrheit wahrscheinlich in allen Branchen… Viel zu tun und viele Neuerungen!
