&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure I agree with your "agent better than agent-less" arguments, but until I have seen some data I'm not in a position to argue. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It just doesn't seem right that using agents is a better way than agent-less - none of your points feel right... &amp;nbsp;take your Speed point: if it's acceptable to the user, this isn't a point at all. &amp;nbsp;Starting desktop apps is not fast (you should use my laptop!) so if it takes a few seconds longer I'm not that bothered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'll keep noodling on this, but I doubt that I'll come round to your way of thinking :-)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thanks for taking the time to respond (and read :) )&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yeah, speed might not be an issue, but I think that point 1 is enough to put me off doing anything with an agentless application solution. &amp;nbsp;Agentless strikes me as a potentially good solution for a consumer, but not for an enterprise that needs to manage virtual applications. &amp;nbsp;All agentless does is embed that agent in there (something is getting in between the app &amp;amp; the OS right?), and that means making changes means rebundling everything.&lt;/p&gt;
