Casting a vote should be easy...

{This is the third user experience related post from my “personal” blog at strawberryjamm.blogspot.com .  Given the rapid approach of the 2004 US federal election, its probably more relevant today than it was when initially posted.}

The article linked below is from early 2001 and I remember reading it back when it was first written.  A friend of mine just happened to forward it to me in an email he'd received from a colleague.  

As my friend's colleague and my friend put it:
