I know that a lot of people have seen&nbsp;some of the cool new user experience stuff that has been included that dramatically increases personal productivity and also looks very cool (<A href="http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/experiences/aero.mspx" mce_href="http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/experiences/aero.mspx">AERO</A> anyone?) but it also changes things in some subtle ways.
