How to deal with online bullies
I've been contacted by someone who's being bullied online asking for advice. I was typing a reply when I mentioned it to Eileen who came up with a much simpler suggestion than I was going to give. Eileen adviced me that there's a report abuse facility within Hotmail - I searched for the site and came up with a very useful page detailing a series of report abuse articles - they're well worth a look.
