MOSS timer jobs delayed by one hour if system regional settings are configured for DST (daylight saving time)
In several countries that have Day Light Saving (DST) Time MOSS 2007 started to delay timer jobs (as used in e.g. content deployment jobs or backup and restore jobs) by one hour.
A hotfix for this issue is currently being developed.
As a workaround you can configure your system for a timezone that shows the same time as your local timezone but without DST.
For Europe the following table can be used:

For other areas in the world you need to check if similar timezone settings can be found.
As soon as the hotfix becomes available, please install this fix and change the regional settings back to your regular timezone.
