XP, Vista, Windows Server 2003, 2008 向けの Windows Powershell 2.0 が公開されました
Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 に標準装備された Windows PowerShell 2.0 が、以前の OS 向けにも完成し公開されました。

PowerShell 2.0 は、Windows Management Framework の一部として提供されています。Windows Management Framework には、PowerShell 2.0 のほか、リモーティングのための共通機能を提供する WinRM 2.0 や、スロットル付きファイルコピーの BITS が含まれています。
なお、必要システムは以下の通りです。
