I get asked this question more and more. Its in the form of "How would anticipate the staffing needs for my SharePoint Deployment?". Im not sure we have all of the concise answers for it yet - but there are some good rough guidelines here in this document. See chapter 4. Written by my hero - Joel Oleson.
