&lt;p&gt;We're migrating now (over the summer) to 4.5 RC and will be moving to into RTM when it releases and is fully vetted inside our environment. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We've had alot of positive feedback from those who are using it and interest from those who aren't yet using it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My best comment on this technology is that it really does as much (in terms of value add) for the end-user as it does for the IT management staff... there aren't that many IT products you can really say that about -- most are targeted to either the admins or the users.&lt;/p&gt;
