&lt;p&gt;Well the next available drive starting from the c: drive and normally the C: &amp;amp; D: is usally used for the system and the cd-rom so if the Q:, C: &amp;amp; D: is already in use when you are installing the SoftGrid client by default your drive letter will be E:.&lt;/p&gt;
