I take it the DMZ/Workgroup certificates setup as outlined here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947691 won't work for domain memebers or domain controllers right?

The problem is that I am testing these steps on a one-box that is a DC already. So basically, I have two domains, a 2 way selective auth trust between them, and the agent domain is actually just one VM. The agent installs fine, but then I get errors in the event log saying that AD Integration was disabled since this is a DC. How do I make sure that this agent knows that it has to talk to a management server sitting in another domain?

Would these steps by the same for a one way trusted domain?
