SBSC Managed Newsgroups

Hi Guys,

I am pleased to announce that the Microsoft Small Business Specialist Managed Newsgroups have expanded their hours of operation in order to better support your needs! So Irish Small Business Specialists now get support during business hours of 8am to 5pm with a 4-hour response time for break-fix questions about various Microsoft products.

You can link to the Small Business Specialist Private Managed Newsgroups Community here.

Within the Newsgroups you can:

  • Post questions about the Microsoft products you use and support.
  • Search for questions and answers others in the Small Business Specialist community have posted about the supported Microsoft products.
  • Learn tips from other community members who have experience working with the Microsoft products.
  • Engage in partner-to-partner conversations.
  • Request enhancements to this benefit or address important feedback directly to Microsoft.
  • Get break fix support for the following products:
    • Microsoft Windows Server, 2000 and 2003 (Standard and Enterprise versions)
    • Microsoft Exchange Server, 2000 and 2003 (Standard and Enterprise versions)
    • Microsoft Windows Terminal Server
    • Microsoft Small Business Server 2000, 2003, and R2
