Office SharePoint Server 2007 include I protectors per I seguenti tipi di files:

· Microsoft Office InfoPath forms

· The 97-2003 file formats for the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· The Office Open XML Formats for Microsoft Office Word 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2007, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007

There are also other systems like Seclore's FileSecure which can perform this function as well and also support a lot more formats ...

I do belive RMS software may help contain a lot of the data which companies are looking to protect.

BUT, any tech savvy user with view priveleges can just take a screenshot and then forward the data  without any digital signature attached.

These tools will NEVER be able to disable all 3rd party screen capture tools.
