You expect that the .vhd file is detached from the virtual machine.  &lt;h6&gt;&lt;font color="#004080"&gt;Issue 2&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h6&gt; &lt;font color="#004080"&gt;The &lt;b&gt;Enable spoofing of MAC addresses&lt;/b&gt; option in the virtual machine properties is cleared when you configure the network adapter to connect to a different virtual network. &lt;/font&gt;
