&lt;p&gt;Can't install KB961143 on SBS2003 w/IE6 and still have the same problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any suggestion for a fix except upgrading to IE7?&lt;/p&gt;

It did not come up on available updates for our SBS 2003 and I was unable to locate it in downloads. It appears to be an access issue with the sql db connection but I cant seem to nail it down.
