This update completely POOCHED our WSS 3.0 install. No amount of rebooting or restarting has got it back. Unfortunately, the server was set to automatically install updates (it should not have been), and now we are stuck trying to figure out if we have to completely reinstall sharepoint. We can't even get the central administration to run

It appears that this update, available to all Sharepoint v3 installs has hosed my sharepoint websites. It appears to display similar problems to the kb932091 which caused issued in the past only half updateing sharepoint. If anyone has a solution to "SPAdmin service cannot start" I would be grateful.

934525 and 932091. Are they really that bad?

This has happened to 2 of my servers this week. v2 working, v3 broken. 'Cannot connect to the configuration database'
