Repair Microsoft Exchange Server Roles on Windows Small Business Server 2008

Repair steps for Exchange 2007 on SBS 2008 have been posted to the SBS TechCenter.  These steps cover reinstalling the Client Access, Hub Transport, and Mailbox Server roles for Exchange 2007.  You can view the documents here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd728006.aspx.  Please note that removing and reinstalling Exchange roles on SBS 2008 should not be a common troubleshooting step.  These documents should only be used when other troubleshooting resources have been exhausted.  Make sure to take a full backup of the server before performing any of the steps.

I am not sure if this problem / solution fits mine or not, but I created the problem by changing account settings in Exchange so I thought asking here would not hurt ---

I have a single standalone SBS 2008 machine and I fooled around (newbie) with exchange account information.  Now I cannot log on locally or through remote workplace.  The machine recognizes my account and password but gives me "The logon method you are using is not allowed on this computer"  Result is I now have an operating Zombie that is happily serving up web pages, OWA, etc. but I can't get into it. --- Help Please--- If this is the wrong forum, please direct me.  I don't want to reinstall since I have a lot of programs the way I want them.

I also have on this same machine dual boot vista Ultimate so I can access all of the drives, and I am sure last night at 11PM the machine happily did a full backup.
