&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;SPAN style="COLOR: #1f497d; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri"&gt;For the past three years I have had the opportunity to lead three&amp;nbsp;startup efforts at Microsoft. Response Point is the earliest one that we brought to market. One of my other startups is&amp;nbsp;Mobile Search &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;Advertising, which is&amp;nbsp;also a critically important area for Microsoft.&amp;nbsp;I’d like to announce that I will be taking a new job in Microsoft’s Online Services Division to help our new mobile search and advertising efforts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I have really enjoyed working with so many talented people in the RP community. I deeply appreciate all the support and advice you provided for me and my team. &amp;nbsp;Moving forward, I am pleased John Frederiksen will continue to provide his leadership for RP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

During John’s career at Microsoft he has also been the General Manager &amp;nbsp;responsible for Product Management for the Windows Client Operating Systems including product planning, technical marketing, PR, and business strategy.&amp;nbsp; Products under his management during his tenure with the Windows Client Product Management Group included&amp;nbsp;Windows XP and Windows Millennium Edition. Prior to running the PC Experience team, John was Director of the Windows 2000 Server Product Management team and a Lead Product Manager on Microsoft Exchange Server.&amp;nbsp; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
