Hi to all. My name is Reed Shaffner and I am a newly hired product manager working on the Office Enterprise team. I graduated from Duke University in May and couldn't be more excited to join Microsoft at what is really an amazing time for the company. Ideally this site will serve as a sort of forum for numerous customer issues surrounding Office. I will frequently post customer anecdotes detailing the implementation of various Office solutions and the positive impact on their respective business. But if all goes as planned, readers will do even more writing than me. I really want to know what customers are doing with the new 2007 Office features, what people are hearing, etc. So please, start posting stories from the field, thoughts, or anything that can aid every one in seeing the potential of our new product and products to come. Moreover, as I am also responsible for our CPE interactions, please feel free to post any questions you might have about the respective products. I promise I will do everything in my power to have answers posted in no more than 24 hours and ALL answers will be up within 48 hours unless I'm dying. So, thanks in advance for the feedback!
