TNX:TechNet Exchange - Why only 5 cities?
An earlier post on this site (http://blogs.technet.com/rclaus/archive/2005/12/22/416448.aspx) announcing the launch of the TNX:TechNet Exchange tour generated some excitement as well as some “concerns” as to why we are only going to 5 cities this time around… I wanted to make sure that I responded to the comments.
So why only 5 cities? What can I say… It came down to timing and budget constraints. But chin up - all materials will be available on a post event website (site URL to be determined – check back here to find out) and we’re even toying with the idea of somehow capturing the largest event in a web friendly format to be consumed by anyone who wants to tune in.
But don’t worry – we will be getting out to a larger number of cities on the next tour scheduled for March where we’ll be talking about “Secure well managed infrastructure… if you come, you can build it”… By the luck of the draw, I am working that one with Bruce, so I hope you aren’t sick of seeing me by then!
