I’ve discovered something that a lot of people already knew. The people from Montreal and Quebec city are a passionate bunch. That includes the IT Pro community! The event from Montreal took place on Thursday the 25th with capacity crowds that actually spilled over into a second theatre!

For the Montréal session, I had decided the best route would be to use the English -> French translation services for the sessions, but do the introductions, announcements, questions and commentaries in both languages.  When possible, I repeated the questions in French and English.  Whenever anyone with a French accent talked to me during the day, I responded and continued to respond in French.
