My company is a Microsoft Gold Partner, ours developers a solutions based ITIL/MOF process upper Microsoft Dynamics CRM Service plataform.

My Question for you:

I would like to know if the Teams of MOF of the Microsoft possesss some information on the launching of some product of the specific Microsoft for the Management of Service Desk?
