&lt;p&gt;This is a supported configuration of Virtual Server, and we would like to run our non-Hyper-V capable servers as Windows 2008 Core with Virtual Server 2008.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are currently testing this on 1 server but were unable to manage it with the SCVMM 2008 beta. SCVMM not supporting a supported configuration of Virtual Server seems odd given the support for third parties. Shouldn't MS support MS fully first?&lt;/p&gt;
