&lt;p&gt;One thing that helped me when I started recording (I agree it is bit unnerving knowing everything is being captured) is I created a short script for the intro -- topic title what I was going to cover and a wrap up -- then fill in the rest while recording -- but in this manner you get off to a good start and the rest flows&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
