CRM 3.0 Solution Accelerator for Siebel Released!
I got an email today announcing the release of the CRM Solution Accelerator for Siebel.
Targeted towards current customers of Siebel systems, this accelerator is a pre-built integration solution that can be used to synchronize the data between Microsoft CRM and Siebel. The integration solution comes with predefined integration for contact, account, and address entities and can be customized to integrate other custom entities and fields.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Accelerator for Siebel provides out-of-the-box integration between Siebel Server 7.5.2 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 for the following entities:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Account Addresses
By using the available schema and code samples, other entities can also be integrated.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Accelerator for Siebel includes the following components:
- Command prompt Setup
- Siebel incoming and outgoing adapters
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM incoming and outgoing adapters
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Accelerator for Siebel allows for Microsoft Partners to deliver a fully customized and extended solution to customers by using the templates, schemas, and customization guidelines that are available on the Microsoft CRM Sandbox.
