&lt;P&gt;If you have 1.7Gb or more of system memory - you should google this - there are extra requirements.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, you need diskspace equivalent to the amount of memory + 1Mb to have a dump file written. &lt;p&gt;this happens when i try to connect to the internet which the computer wont let me do. it tells me that something is occupying the usb bandwithd and begins to adjust and hey presto BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message with lots of 0x0000001 and other digits i havent got with me just now. could this be caused by tiscali tring to update my broadband service from 1.1Mb to 8Mbs?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and hiw can i fix it and get my internet back. i probably wont be able to check this until saturday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;please someonoe have some ideas. if you need more info &amp;nbsp;i can supply the exact stop message and make modle and relevent system info.&lt;/p&gt;
