Es ist ein neues Update von Sure Step auf Partnersource verfügbar, welches ich sehr empfehlen kann. Es beinhaltet neben der Bereitstellung eines neuen Clients unter anderem Erweiterungen zu Themen wie Projektdokumentation, Projekttypen, Multi-Site-Rollouts und unterstützende Tools für Rapid Deployment Szenarien:

The latest release of Sure Step can help you increase your services productivity through the use of an implementation methodology including an enhanced set of best practices and extendable templates that support collaboration with other partners, provide you more project predictability, and improve your customers’ satisfaction with their Microsoft Dynamics ERP or CRM solutions. With over 364 tools and templates and 5 project types, you can increase business opportunities and quickly deliver ROI to your customers. Updated project types enable you to complete a “rapid” implementation in fewer than 20 steps. Sample templates provide you a reference guide of a completed Sure Step project. 

Responding to partner feedback, a Service Pack was released on December 3, 2008. Installing this Service Pack will provide you with enhancements in the installation process, the logo wizard, content classification and general navigation. Additionally, modifications have been made to the language packs, improving the filtering process and updating needed resource links. Our changes to Sure Step Support are now reflected inside the product as well.
