Hazardworks inc: SharedView

So Roland’s business is growing and he really needs a way to share documents he’s working on with several consultants.  The consultants are located in a neighboring state, but also in Europe and South Pacific.  How to share content in this scenario you might ask?  Enter SharedView a free tool from the MS that allows users to share notes, documents, literally anything on the desktop with any user you like.

SharedView is a simple concept.  All you need to do is start a session and invite up to 15 users to share content.  The invited attendees simply click the link and they’re in.  It also has the ability to create handouts and can navigate firewalls.
