This intermediate Level 200 training reviews the sales channels established for the Microsoft Business Productivity Suite offerings. The major focus of this session will be to review the new Microsoft Online Subscription Program (MOSP) business policy rules governing the purchase, provisioning, and maintenance of the Online Services offerings being sold through this channel. Additional channels for Enterprise Agreement customers and SPLA partners will also be covered.
Attendees are recommended to have taken the Level 100 “Introduction to the Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite Licensing and Pricing” session or have equivalent knowledge of the latest Online Services offerings.
IMPORTANT: This training only applies to the United States launch. This is NOT applicable to the future experience for international partners and customers using this program.
