One thing I'll comment on is the extent of how hard you work to get through this will show in the end. I really felt like for the 3 weeks I was there the earth could have been falling to peices and I wouldn't have known any different. I think we were all so intensely focused on our goal we were oblivious to pretty much anything else that was going on. So be prepared!

Also like you said even if you think you may not be quite ready to do this, you may be more ready than you think you are. Greg has a good mind to keep those out who aren't ready so give it a shot it is totally worth it.

One of the best experiences I've ever had.

Everything you say is 100% true!

I am now half way Exchange Rotation 3 and have experienced it all (including catching a cold). And Greg stil loves to talk about "Green Ticky Ticky's".

For all planning on attending a MCM training, make sure the pre-reading list is not a 'post-reading' list. I sh*t you not, reading the stuff on the list realy helps and Yes, it will take you a few weeks to do that.

Adrian wasn't as nice. I suppose it doesn't take as much time to learn the 'legacy UC' material as it does OCS. ;)

Seriously, great overview of the experience!

You do need to work on your karting, though.

Cheers,

The karting event was a lucky night for OCS. But credit paid where credit is due, they were fast. My usual ringer, Bill Thompson, the Transport instructor couldn't make it there, becuase if he had....
