Is the downtime applicable to EMEA and APAC too?

Hi Sandy.

Yes, the MOCP downtime affects all regions -- North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Reminder, this downtime affects only the ability to set up trial accounts, buy subscriptions, or modify current subscriptions. Your ability to access the Microsoft Online Administration Center (MOAC) and use the services in the Business Productivity Online Suite is unaffected by the MOCP downtime.

The upgrades and maintenance of the Microsoft Online Customer Portal are complete. The portal went online earlier this evening, and all testing and validation of the production system is now complete.
