Hopefully you cleared up my concern.

I have been waiting for JULY 2009 updates...Window's/Microsft and they never came...last one was June 29th for IE 8.0.

According to your blog, the updates will not be sent out until the middle of July 2009? Is that correct?

Strange, because I received 16 updates in June, many from microsoft (I chose) and yet, they do not show up in the control panel under programs (add/remove). But show up on the website, "check your recent updates"...is that normal?

The updates referenced in this blog post are only for the Business Productivity Online Suite from Microsoft Online Services.

Microsoft makes many updates to client and operating system software, such as via Windows Update. These updates are entirely separate and distinct from the updates referenced in this blog post.
