I have two issues.

1. Our company would like to activate our free trial into a 50 user paid subscription. Not sure how to do that.

2. I need information on how to continue with our existing exchange hosted service provider and be able to use the new microsoft online service but having both services using the same domain, danieldefense.com.

Hi Brian,

We're working on a video describing how to convert a trial into a paid subscription. You can do it from the same website that you used to register for the trial - https://mocp.microsoftonline.com/Site/Default.aspx. I've pasted the draft video script at the bottom of this message.

To your second question, It is possible to continue using your existing EHS provider and keep the same domain name. Our Tech Support folks can help you with that. See Contact Technical Support - http://www.microsoft.com/online/help/en-us/bpos/index.html?page=html%2F76970997-2861-4a0b-94d3-e08f963aba97.htm for ways to contact them.

Here's the draft video script:

"You have been using the Administration  Center to manage your users and subscription data, but to convert a Trial subscription to a Paid subscription and increase the number of licenses,  you must first sign in to the Customer Portal at http://mocp.microsoftonline.com with your Windows Live ID. On the “Subscriptions” page, select the trial subscription that you want to buy, and then click “Buy Now” on the “Actions” drop-down menu. If the Trial subscription is expired, you will still see the option to “Buy Now”. Click the green arrow. In the shopping cart, update the quantity to reflect your desired total. For example, if you currently have five licenses, but need fifteen more licenses, type 20. To see the new total cost, click “Update”.

If you would like to add a partner to your subscription  at no additional cost, click “Find a partner” in the Partner section. Click the check box next to the discount agreement to apply the discount to your total and then confirm your billing address.

When all information is complete, click “Proceed to checkout”.  You will then be directed to complete the Billing Information Wizard by entering your payment method.  On the Payment Information tab your will be required to enter payment details, such as the credit card number and your billing address.

On the “Electronic Agreement” tab, scroll to read the complete agreement, and then click to select the check box to accept the agreement. Sign by entering your first and last name, and then click “I Accept”.

On the “Review Order” tab, ensure that the order includes the correct information, and then click “Confirm Order”. On the “Confirmation” tab, click “Close” to visit the Subscriptions page.

All data and history entered in your Trial subscription are automatically transferred to the new subscription. Users from the Trial subscription must be associated with the new subscription in the Microsoft Online Administration Center.

If you have any further questions regarding activation, please contact our Customer and Partner Care team at (866) 676-6546. You can also submit a Service Request online at https://mocp-support.custhelp.com.

Thanks for your interest in Microsoft Online Services!
