You can either:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;- press Cancel and mount the store later from its context menu or, &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;- press Retry to let the Exchange System Manager keep trying to mount the store for you. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;blockquote&gt;   &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service could not find the specified object.       &lt;br /&gt;ID no: c1041722        &lt;br /&gt;Exchange System Manager&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;Additionally, the following errors is recorded in the Application Log&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;blockquote&gt;   &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;Event Source:&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; MSExchangeIS       &lt;br /&gt;Event ID:&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; 9519        &lt;br /&gt;Description:&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Error 0x8004010f starting database &amp;quot;First Storage Group\&amp;lt;GUID of the Public Folder store&amp;quot;&amp;gt; on the Microsoft Exchange Information Store.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;This issue may occur if certain Active Directory groups such as Domain Admins, Enterprise Admins, Exchange Domain Servers don't have the correct permissions on the Public Folder store.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Resolution:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;1.) Install the Windows Server 2003 Support Tools from &lt;/font&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=6EC50B78-8BE1-4E81-B3BE-4E7AC4F0912D&amp;amp;displaylang=en" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;here&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri" size="2"&gt;2.)
