The paper I mentioned is actually the powerpoint slide attached - this gives the resume points of the main paper which unfortunately we are not allowed to distribute for licensing reasons. The slide was approved by the research company however.</p> <p>I mentioned one other paper which is the 'Cost of Information Work' paper by IDC - you can find this one easily by searching on your favourite search engine!</p> <p>Cheers</p> <p>Mike</p>
