&lt;p&gt;Thanks for coming along to the presentation - I appreciated the audience. The paper I mentioned is actually the powerpoint slide attached - this gives the resume points of the main paper which unfortunately we are not allowed to distribute for licensing reasons. The slide was approved by the research company however.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I mentioned one other paper which is the 'Cost of Information Work' paper by IDC - you can find this one easily by searching on your favourite search engine!&lt;/p&gt;
