&lt;p&gt;Sorry to hear about that back. I had a similar problem in the same location. I endured 3 years of pain and discomfort. The best thing I found was massage therapy. I'm about 95% now as I only have discomfort after a long day of being on my feet.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
