i'm using MOSS 2007, and i can just create a master page, and upload it into the server in site settings. master pages thern we can choose it. But if i need to write a deployment script that install this web part and do these steps by commands?? any help

Well, the scripts above will do a lot of error checking and logging for you, but you could cut and paste them and look for the STSADM command.

This is great, I'm trying to add an adhoc web.config entry and a registry key within a wsp file. Do you know if this is possible?
