I am a Senior Consultant with the IT Operations Consulting National Practice within Microsoft Enterprise Services. As an Infrastructure Architect, I focus on the System Center family of products assisting customers with project management while leading the design/implementation of SMS/SCCM, MOM/OpsMgr, and Software Update Management (just to name a few). In addition, I compliment my technology background with a ITIL/MOF process focus.
