I am an Infrastructure Architect in the NY/NJ/Mid-Atlantic District specializing in the System Center family of management products (OpsMgr & ConfigMgr), and sub-specialties in software update management, desktop and server deployment automation, and server virtualization. I also worked in the Operations Consulting National Practice (OpsCons), providing US Enterprise Services customers with operational consulting services based on Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.
In addition, I have delivered in-depth technical and process presentations at Microsoft internal conferences, and a TechNet webcast covering Operations Manager Management Pack Lifecycle Management and other facets of Operations Manager. I co-authored Windows Server Hacks with Mitch Tulloch (O’Reilly), and have written many articles and whitepapers on technology topics.
I have been with Microsoft for 5 years, and in the IT industry for over 15 years primarily as an independent consultant working in the financial, retail, and pharmaceutical industries.
