Thanks for posting these documents. Two things I noticed about Live SkyDrive:

1. You cannot download the links you posted with a download manager, because the links are not to the files but to a web page where you have to press a Download button, not so cool.

2. According to my download manager, it does not support download resuming, which means that if the download is interrupted, you have to download it again from the beginning, again, not so cool.

This is easier if you want to view/download one PDF/XPS, because you no longer have the in-between-page, but because the links are IFRAME's I cannot select them all and do "Download selected" in my download manager, which would be possible if these had been Download Center links.
