Two things I noticed about Live SkyDrive:

1. You cannot download the links you posted with a download manager, because the links are not to the files but to a web page where you have to press a Download button, not so cool.

2. According to my download manager, it does not support download resuming, which means that if the download is interrupted, you have to download it again from the beginning, again, not so cool.

re: Chefs hat's at the ready: Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 cookbooks' going live!

Great feedback Gerard - try clicking the new links to the document to see if this is easier.

Nice posting!

One way of mitigating a risk of disaster is to have an online backup service. I have been reading about the online backup and storage industry for a while now. It is becoming a commonly accepted technology these days.

For online backup news, information and articles, there is an excellent website:

http://www.BackupReview.info

This site lists more than 400 online backup companies and ranks the top 25 on a monthly basis.

It also features a CEO Spotlight page, where senior management people from the industry are interviewed.

Cheers,

Microsoft Virtual Server premade 'cookbooks'

To slightly misquote the originator/creator of these documents: "These are the first of several cookbooks to help consultants get up to speed to deploy virtualization solutions in record time.
