Goofy Training Doubt as a Motivator
What a difference a week makes!!!!! After my last long run, I was really questioning my sanity. Then along comes Sunday and I did my 14 in a little over 2:20. In case your keeping score at home that is the same time I finished 13 miles

Goofy Training, What Inspires Me
Well folks, I survived Vegas and still made all my runs every morning. I have a fun story about my trip to share. Every time I go Las Vegas I play the Majestic Lion slots at the MGM grand for my mom, who passed away a couple of years ago.
