Architectural ruminations

SOA is rubbish!

SOA is rubbish according to Steve Craggs (ex worldwide executive for IBM’s MQSeries business) who suggests that the fault is not actually with SOA itself but more with the way it is implemented!

We're delighted that he's agreed to come and talk to the UK IASA Chapter in London on the 16th July so if you're interested then send a note to unitedkingdom@iasahome.org.

And for members this will be followed by our IASA AGM.

Couldn't agree more. But to put it a slightly different way, as long as we treat technologies (or architectural philosophies) as silver bullets, we shall fail to win the war.
