VSLive Indigo day
I hadn't planned to over blog on my first day, but just had to add a link to this, not least because my mate from years back is speaking at it and it happens today!
VSLive is hosting an Indigo Day and it's going to be fantastic - I only wish I was there even though the weather is looking a bit poor! It's got the whole crew turning out including Eric Rudder and Don Box (my fav speaker of all time and one reason for me being where I am now).
Anyway If you are going make sure you hang on for Rich Turner's spot though! It's of major importance to anyone doing SOA today and demistifies the 4 tenets of SO, though 1, 2 and 4 sound like contract to me ... but then again :
- Boundaries are explicit
- Services are autonomous
- Services share schema and contract, not class
- Compability is based upon policy
